1 - FISHING LICENSE

The fishing license for Italian and non-Italian residents (type B) is the Payment receipt of € 23 with the data of the fischerman.

To pay the tax, access the Payment Portal of the Lombardy Region. From the "choose the type of payment" section, select the item of interest and provide the requested data. You will receive an e-mail containing a link to the indicated e-mail address, log in to:
  • pay online, or
  • print the payment advice to pay in tobacco shops (SISAL, Lottomatica and Banca5),
  • at a bank branch,
  • in Home Banking (via CBILL),
  • by APP (PayPal, SatiSpay, etc.).
 

The license will be valid for 1 year from the day of payment.

2 – FIPSAS

In addition the fisherman is required to get the fishing authorization from the public water authority: FIPSAS for all the waters in the territory of the Province of Mantova, payment of € 30.00 (6 € for children) to be made on postal account n. 85294585 to F.I.P.S.A.S. sezione di Mantova.
Valid for 1 year from the day of payment.
In alternative payment can be made at the office of F.I.P.S.A.S in Principe Amedeo street n. 29 – 46100 Mantova Tel. 0039.(0)376-320621
Open to public: from Monday to Saturday from 8.30 to 12.30 and on Wednesday and Friday from 15.00 to 19.00.

 

To fish in the waters of Basin 12 River Mincio from 2025, an annual permit of 12 euros has been introduced, to be paid into postal account 85294585 in the name of ATS Bacino 12 River Mincio.

The permit is mandatory for all individuals between the ages of 18 and 70. All disabled persons with a medical certificate in compliance with the provisions of art. 3 of Law 104 of 5 February 1992 are exempt from payment.

The permit is valid for 365 days from the date of payment.

The permit holder is required to:

  1. Be in compliance with the payment of the regional fishing tax (type B amateur fishing license)
  2. Be in possession of a valid FIPSAS card
  3. Accept and comply with the rules set out in the “12 Mincio Basin Fishing Handbook” available on the website www.fipsasmantova.it
  4. The permit holder declares that he/she has read the privacy policy (GDPR) made available on the website www.fipsasmantova.it
  5. Consent to the processing of his/her data indicated in the payment slip in c/c/p used for the payment of the permit
